If you purchase MarketSoft LLC software or otherwise use the functionality of our Services, you may be asked to provide information commonly known as “personally identifiable”, i.e. your name, email address, phone number, and billing data. 

Feedback forms

If you choose to contact us through the feedback and support forms on our websites, you will be required to leave your contact details. We will process this information solely to reach you and transfer the requested data. Feel free to submit any additional information, and we will handle it in compliance with all the latest data protection protocols.

Cookies

When you visit our websites, the system sends one or more “Cookies” to your computer. These are small text files, containing a string of alphanumeric characters. Websites are allowed to use both Session and Persistent Cookies. 

The first type is deleted right after the browser tab is closed. We use the information provided by you or collected by us to enforce rights and obligations under the End User License Agreement. This allows MarketSoft LLC to operate, maintain, improve, and deliver all features to the fullest extent possible. User-generated content and User activity is monitored by the company to comply with the Copyright Law. 

In addition, we reserve the right to collect technical information required for the proper functioning of our products, as well as to accumulate anonymous statistical data on their running.

The company can use your email address without requesting separate permission to send you administrative notices, regarding major software updates, customer service, resolution of copyright infringement or defamation issues. 

4. Data Disclosure

MarketSoft LLC is eligible for disclosing User information if it is legally binding, or there is a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable law (e.g. a court order, subpoena, or other governmental request).

The company also reserves the right to disclose User personal data when we believe that it is appropriate to take precautionary measures to protect ourselves from liability, fraud, abuse, or unlawful use; to investigate and defend against third-party claims or allegations; to assist law enforcement agencies; to maintain the security or integrity of MarketSoft LLC; and to preserve rights, property, or personal safety of the company, its users, developers, and others.

7.1  Right to access

For this reason, MarketSoft LLC does not collect or record personal information regarding users under the age of 18. If MarketSoft LLC recognizes that the data about individuals under 18 years old have been aggregated via our Services, the company will take appropriate steps to delete this content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may ask for a copy of the personal information held by MarketSoft LLC about you and all recipients and purposes of the processing. The user can also submit a request for rectification of inaccurate information, blocking of data, and their removal to info@marketsoft.org. To send this inquiry, you need to prove your identity with proper identification documents.

10. Response to Ban Tracking Signals

Some web browsers allow you to automatically send a ban tracking signal to the websites you visit. Since the “Do Not Track” Standard is currently under development, we do not change our actions upon receipt of such signals.
