If you choose to contact us through the feedback and support forms on our websites, you will be required to leave your contact details. We will process this information solely to reach you and transfer the requested data. Feel free to submit any additional information, and we will handle it in compliance with all the latest data protection protocols.

This allows MarketSoft LLC to operate, maintain, improve, and deliver all features to the fullest extent possible. In addition, we reserve the right to collect technical information required for the proper functioning of our products, as well as to accumulate anonymous statistical data on their running.

The company can use your email address without requesting separate permission to send you administrative notices, regarding major software updates, customer service, resolution of copyright infringement or defamation issues.

MarketSoft LLC is eligible for disclosing User information if it is legally binding, or there is a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable law (e.g. a court order, subpoena, or other governmental request).

10. Response to Ban Tracking Signals

Some web browsers allow you to automatically send a ban tracking signal to the websites you visit. Since the “Do Not Track” Standard is currently under development, we do not change our actions upon receipt of such signals.
